At The SkinErgist, we honor your time, energy, and commitment to your skin. Appointment availability is intentionally limited to ensure every client receives focused, high‑quality care.

📅 Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations:
Appointments may be booked online, by phone at (407) 832‑7931, or in person.
To reserve your appointment, a valid credit card is required along with your full name, contact number, email, and selected service(s). This ensures your time is held exclusively for you.
Cancellation & Reschedule Requirements:

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 75% fee of the total cost of all services booked.

No‑shows (failure to attend without notice) will also be charged 75% of the service total.

Rescheduling is permitted with 3 days’ notice.

Multiple reschedules (more than once) will incur a $50 fee to protect appointment availability for all clients.
These policies ensure fairness and help us maintain a consistent, reliable schedule for every client.
📩 Booking Confirmation Requirements:
To ensure a smooth and safe appointment:

Failure to complete forms may result in a shortened service or cancellation with applicable fees.

For facial services, please arrive with a clean, makeup‑free face unless otherwise instructed.

⏰ Late Arrivals:
We understand that life happens, traffic is unpredictable, and schedules can shift. However, to respect the time of all clients and maintain the flow of the day, please review the following:

If you anticipate being late, call or text (407) 832‑7931 as soon as possible.

Clients arriving up to 15 minutes late may still be seen, but the service may be shortened. The full service fee still applies.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. The 75% late‑cancellation fee may apply.
