Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit at the time of booking your service(s) and it will be applied towards your total amount due. We recognize that everyone's time is valuable and appointment times are limited, we kindly ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours or less of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total services(s) booked. This fee cannot be put towards future services. We understand that things happen. If you are running late, please text or call us at (407) 832-7931. We do not charge a fee if you are late. However, we cannot extend past our service time and we may need to shorten the service(s). The total value of the service(s) scheduled will still be charged, regardless of what we have time to do. A "no show" fee of 75% of the total value of the service will be charged if you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment. This fee cannot be put towards a future service and will be charged to the card on file.
